WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Orders with a value of less than R1500 will have a courier charge of R135.  Orders over the value of R1500 will be shipped free.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON BULK ORDERS?

Yes, we do! For the item listed below, bulk discounts are automatically applied at checkout. For other items, please reach out to us for a custom quote.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours upon receipt of payment from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Delivery to main cities usually take between 1-3 working days, while regional/outlying areas may take 3-5 working days. The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently please contact us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses ( No post boxes ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.   

We also offer Bob Box Locker delivery and Pargo Click & Collect. This is ideal if you are ordering only a few items and want to pay less for delivery. Locker orders must be collected within 48 hours, or the parcel will be returned to us.

CAN I ARRANGE COLLECTION FOR MY ORDER?

Of course! You can choose 'Collect in Person' or 'Own Courier Collection' as Shipping Method at check-out. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection and if you choose 'Own Courier Collection', then we will also provide parcel weight and dimensions. Once your collection is booked, please let us know which courier will be collecting and send us the waybill. 

You can also arrange Uber Parcel collection. Just let our team know, and we will be ready to hand over your parcel and keep you updated throughout the process.

Returns / Exchanges

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with an item or would like to exchange a size or colour, the client is responsible for returning the item to our office. Alternatively, you can pay a small collection and delivery fee, and we will arrange everything for you seamlessly.

The same applies for refunds. We can arrange collection from you and deduct a small fee from your refund amount.

Refunds and Exchanges are subject to the following:
- Original proof of purchase must be provided.
- Product must be in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will only be given within 14 days of purchase.
- A fair shipping and handling fee may be deducted from refunds.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order is faulty or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or collection, depending on the situation. Items still under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the manager’s discretion, taking reasonable wear and tear into account. Collection for faulty or incorrect items is free of charge.
